She is also a known human resource expert who focuses on identifying specific areas that need improvement in order to be able to successfully make actionable plans. Her background encompasses her successful work as a strategic HR planner and as a highly capable director of human resources for a small woman-owned business. Additionally, Alethia is the heart and soul behind Jolease Enterprises, an organization that promotes, equips, and empowers women to reach their best potential. Through group and one-on-one coaching she focuses on personal and career development, and helps her clients to unearth and gain clarity around their purpose. Upon completion of her programs, clients are able to move into the space where they can reach the personal and professional life that they dream of.
Kizzy McCray-Sheppard, on the other hand, is a hospice and palliative care nurse practitioner and a veteran of the United States Air Force. She holds three degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in social psychology from Park University. She also completed her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University. Then she finished a masters of science degree in nursing, from Chamberlain University with a concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
At present, she is the Director of Community Partnerships and Service for the local chapter of Gainesville/Palatka, Florida Black Nurses Rock Nursing Association. Kizzy is very active in the community and serves as a board member for both the Oasis Family Center and NMB organization. One of her passions is empowering the youth to pursue their dreams and believe in the value of their education. She is a mentor to those who desire to enter into the nursing field. She provides them with the effective tools needed to become legendary caregivers, as well as the skills to pass the exam, from CNA to MSN. She is looked to as the Repurposed coach, she reminds her mentees, that it doesn’t matter how you start it is how you finish. Kizzy rose through the ranks in her career from CNA to FNP. Furthermore, she believes that her compassion and strength to serve comes from her love for God. Kizzy is also the person behind Limitless Possibilities Now, LLC.
