Our OEM journey begins with close communication between our customers and our business and engineering teams. In a series of in-depth discussions, they share initial concepts, functional expectations and design inspirations. Our engineers quickly got to work – not only translating ideas into 3D drawings and prototypes, but also making constructive suggestions on materials, brew construction, filter installation and user experience.

Thanks to our extensive experience in coffee series product development, we were able to help our client optimize the structure and usability of the dripper without compromising on aesthetics.

One of the key turning points in the project was our team’s recommendation to switch to a more heat-resistant and sustainable material, a decision that ultimately improved the product’s durability and aligned it with the client’s brand values. Additionally, we adjusted the internal structure to ensure better water flow, making the dropper more efficient and user-friendly.

Every adjustment was precise, thanks to our engineers’ deep knowledge of winemaking machinery and our commitment to product excellence.

After many rounds of testing and feedback, the final sample was confirmed and approved.
