WARSAW, Poland – September 03, 2026 – Beginning in early September 2026, IFIORA will launch a separate recurring floral and event-floristry service alongside its first public order intake. The new service will provide recurring flowers for Warsaw offices and reception areas, floral arrangements for hotels and restaurants, and custom event work for conferences, launches, galas and private events in the city.
The announcement defines a business and event category within the independent florist’s Warsaw operations. It is separate from individual catalogue purchases, although both will be prepared through the same Mokotów studio and will follow the same city-only fulfilment boundary. Orders may originate in Poland or abroad, but every recipient address must be located within Warsaw.
A Separate Service for Business Settings
The recurring service will cover office and reception deliveries prepared to an agreed brief. The arrangement type, frequency and delivery timing will be confirmed before acceptance, based on the requested setting, available products and studio capacity. This structure is intended to distinguish planned business orders from individual gift purchases placed through the catalogue.
Office and reception flowers may serve different working environments, but every accepted order remains tied to confirmed availability and a Warsaw address. The service does not establish a fixed arrangement for every business or guarantee acceptance of every requested schedule. Floral content will reflect the agreed brief and the products confirmed for the relevant delivery.
Hotels and Restaurants
The hospitality scope includes arrangements for hotel lobbies, guest rooms and shared spaces. Restaurant flowers will be tailored to the setting and season. Product choice and timing remain subject to studio confirmation, allowing the accepted work to reflect current availability instead of suggesting that every flower, format or delivery slot is continuously available.
Hotel and restaurant work forms part of the separate recurring service rather than a claim of standardised coverage for the hospitality sector. The relevant venue must be in Warsaw, and the final arrangement must follow the agreed brief. Seasonal supply may affect the flowers confirmed for a particular date without changing the local nature of the service.
Custom Event Floristry Within Warsaw
The event-floristry service will cover custom flowers for conferences, launches, galas and private celebrations held in Warsaw. Each commission will be based on an agreed brief and confirmed product availability. Event work is not presented as an automatically available catalogue item, and no requested date, format or quantity is final until accepted by the studio.
This separation gives event floristry a defined operational category from the first public order intake. It keeps the announcement focused on a verifiable change: a distinct service for organised Warsaw events will begin alongside public ordering in early September 2026. The scope does not extend event fulfilment to venues elsewhere in Poland.
Business and event orders share the same underlying limits. Flowers are prepared locally, requested products must be available or confirmed, and delivery must be accepted for a Warsaw destination. The IFIORA English storefront provides English-language information for residents, businesses, event organisers and overseas senders. Polish, English and Russian support is available. The language used to place or discuss an order does not change the delivery area, service hours, availability requirements or confirmation process.
The service supports flower delivery across Warsaw, Poland, while remaining limited to addresses inside the capital. A sender may place an order from another country, but the flowers are prepared in Mokotów and delivered only to a Warsaw recipient. IFIORA does not announce nationwide or cross-border physical delivery.

Verified Delivery Conditions
Standard delivery within Warsaw usually takes three to four hours after order acceptance. It costs 29 zł for orders below 500 zł and is free for orders valued at 500 zł or more. These terms describe standard eligible delivery and remain dependent on acceptance, product availability and local capacity.
Same-day delivery is conditional on acceptance before 16:00. The requested slot, selected product and available capacity must be confirmed. Submission before the cut-off does not independently guarantee same-day fulfilment.
Express delivery of up to two hours costs 50 zł and requires prior confirmation. The express option is not an unconditional delivery promise and does not replace advance planning for recurring-business orders or event floristry. Venue-specific or repeated work may require timing appropriate to the accepted brief.
Studio hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00. The studio is closed on Sunday. Delivery timing is connected to those hours, order acceptance, product availability, destination details and capacity. All fulfilment takes place from the studio at al. Presentation, Freshness and Availability
Standard wrapping and a greeting card are included with suitable gift orders. Chocolates and balloons are optional additions when available and confirmed. Those presentation terms apply where relevant to the selected order and do not imply that business or event arrangements are packaged as catalogue gifts.
IFIORA provides a seven-day freshness guarantee for eligible fresh-cut flower arrangements when the applicable care conditions are followed. Eligibility and care conditions remain relevant to the specific arrangement. The guarantee is not presented as a statement that every floral product or optional addition has the same natural lifespan.
Products and availability are limited to items shown or otherwise confirmed by the studio. A requested flower, colour or format is not final until confirmation. Seasonal availability may influence the flowers used for an accepted recurring or event brief, and any change must remain within the details confirmed for that work.
Local Scope at Public Opening
Launching the separate service alongside the first public order intake establishes business and event floristry as an operational category from the start. The timing is material to the announcement because recurring workplace deliveries and custom Warsaw event work will become available as distinct services in early September 2026.
