The arrival of Fritz marks the first Korean roaster on the platform, extending a catalogue that already spans Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia and Oceania. A widely recognised name in Seoul’s specialty scene, Fritz Coffee brings a distinct roasting sensibility to the selection, with offerings that include both single-origin lots and decaffeinated options now available to Canadian and U.S. customers.
Alongside the new addition, the retailer has deepened its stock from several roasters already popular with its customers. Beans from Toronto-based Hatch are now available in greater depth, as are offerings from Calgary roaster Monogram and from Arkansas-based Onyx Coffee Lab, one of the most decorated roasters in the United States. Each is stocked freshly roasted, in keeping with the company’s emphasis on roast date and freshness.
The combination is intended to give buyers more to compare in a single place. By pairing a newly available Korean roaster with expanded inventory from established Canadian and American names, the retailer aims to make it easier for customers to explore different roasting philosophies side by side — part of its broader approach to curation across the speciality coffee category.
