ProveedorPro Connects Shopify Sellers to China Sourcing, Automated Fulfillment and Tracking Sync

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – August 22, 2026 – ProveedorPro, a China sourcing and cross-border fulfillment platform for ecommerce and dropshipping sellers, today announced a connected Shopify workflow that moves product, order and shipment information between a merchant’s store and ProveedorPro.

The integration is designed to reduce repetitive operational work between product sourcing and delivery, giving Shopify merchants a connected dropshipping workflow from product publishing through shipment tracking. After connecting a Shopify store, a merchant can publish a sourced product and its variants to Shopify. When a customer places an order, the order can flow into ProveedorPro for processing. Once fulfillment is completed and a tracking number is available, the shipment update is returned to the corresponding Shopify order.

The connected workflow covers four operating stages:

• Product publishing: Sellers can add a product sourced through ProveedorPro to Shopify with mapped product and variant information.
• Order ingestion: Shopify orders are received in ProveedorPro with the associated items and delivery information needed for processing.
• Fulfillment coordination: ProveedorPro manages supplier coordination, order processing and cross-border shipment through supported private shipping lines.
• Tracking synchronization: Shipment tracking is written back to the matching Shopify order, reducing manual copying and helping the store keep its fulfillment record current.

ProveedorPro completed a fresh end-to-end production verification of the workflow on August 20, 2026. The verification confirmed that an existing product could be updated without creating a duplicate, a paid Shopify order could be ingested with the correct item and variant, fulfillment could be completed, and the tracking number could be synchronized to both Shopify and ProveedorPro. A repeated fulfillment update was also applied to the existing fulfillment record rather than creating a second fulfillment.
