Once mocked as a “Cinderella”, YANG Yunran is now revered as a “life coach” by thousands of learners. This post-85s female entrepreneur has spent 38 years writing a remarkable story — from a rural girl in Hunan to a mentor of happiness.
Her childhood was filled with hardship: she lost her mother when she was just over one year old, went to school carrying a canvas bag her grandmother had scavenged, and studied by the dim light of a kerosene lamp. These early struggles didn’t defeat her — they forged within her a deep resilience. At 16, she dropped out of school to start working, from waitressing to factory labor. During work breaks, she taught herself computer skills and eventually secured an office job, reversing her fate. By the age of 20, she became a top-performing sales champion and met her life partner, ZHOU Wenqiang. Together, they ventured into financial literacy education and later founded the Huicheng Education System, which spans business management, family well-being, self-awareness, and AI application, supporting the growth of millions of families and individuals.
After facing a marital crisis, YANG Yunran turned inward, dedicating herself to the study of relationships and family education. She launched the “Happy Life” course, empowering hundreds of thousands of families to live more joyful, fulfilling lives. From entrepreneur to mother, from behind the scenes to center stage, her personal transformation has inspired countless people with the light of hope.
She and her husband have remained committed to public welfare — from supporting rural schools and disaster relief to donating books and empowering young dreamers —consistently spreading the light of kindness. When she appeared on the cover of Business World magazine in 2025, YANG Yunran said, “True wealth is forging your scars into a light that shines for others.” She has never forgotten her grandmother’s words of wisdom: “If someone gives you an egg, return a basketful.” Today, she is passing that love forward to many more.
